Kehlani says on Instagram Stories that they left the event and went to an after-party at a location in Central Manchester. They were s3xually assaulted by an audience member during this act.
In a now-removed post, Kehlani claimed, “I’ve made video after video after video and deleted it because I don’t want any video of me as angry, provoked, crying upset as I am anywhere.
I don’t care how s3xual you find my music, my performances, the time I have having fun dancing with friends at clubs, or even ME.
That does not give any of you the right to cross a line by, for example, touching my genitalia when I’m being taken through a throng after performing. I felt nauseous reading this garbage. In my capacity as a survivor of s3xual assault, I am constantly triggered and astounded.
Kehlani hasn’t said further about the incident since the post was later deleted.
