Paula Mee was a native of Galway, she would become 60 years of age next summer but she couldn’t. She did BSc from NUI Galway in 963 and majored in Biochemistry. Later she went on to do a postgraduate dietetics degree at Leads Metropolitan University and earned a license to become a professional dietitian.
