“Sometimes people aren’t ready for this,” Cooper added. “I’ve gotten people ready to come back in a few months. It’s really give or take where they stand, but I think Call Her Daddy now has this expectation of, ‘Let’s keep it real.’”
Plus, the host says she’s one of Spotify’s most streamed podcasts of 2022 (behind only Joe Rogan), which she says is thanks to her loyal fan base — “since day one Just the “Daddy Gang” with her,” explained. “I have to keep my guests happy while respecting them.”

Cooper started Call Her Daddy with then-roommate Sofia Franklyn in 2018, and within a month their show was acquired by bro-centric Barstool Sports — as Cooper wrote in an introductory post for the site. It’s actually a perfect fit for her “uncensored, real, women’s locker room talk,” as described in the post.
With over 12 million downloads in just two months, Call Her Daddy hasn’t let up. Spotify took note of the show’s massive fan following and purchased it for $60 million in the summer of 2021 to expand its inventory of exclusive content. (Franklin left the show in 2020 following a salary dispute.)
