What led to the accident and how did it happen? Since the teenagers died in the accident shortly after the prom, people have been looking for the details surrounding the circumstances of the accident. After the preliminary investigation police announced that four passengers were inside the Tesla car which was pinned underneath the truck’s trailer. The driver of the car was Samuel Brown while Madison Shaq was sitting in the front seat and two were in the back seat of the car. However, two others who were sitting in the back seat of the Tesla car were an 18 years old girl from Montgomery and a 17-year-old girl from Marion.

Bryant High School issued a statement that reads, “The Tuscaloosa City Schools will not confirm or release the student’s name because it has not been released by the Tuscaloosa Police Department.”
The school further added, “However, we all are deeply saddened, and our thoughts are with the student’s family and friends. This is a difficult time for our students, faculty, and staff.
