Authorities claim that a teenager in Las Vegas, Nevada, $3xually assaulted a “drunk and incoherent” girl while many other people looked on, laughed, and recorded the incident on their cellphones.
The 17-year-old Aiden Cicchetti is charged with three counts of $3xual assault. After the girl reported the event to authorities, he was taken into custody in late March, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
According to Clark County court documents analyzed by Law&Crime, the defendant showed up last week before the Las Vegas Justice Court, where Department 13 Las Vegas Township Justice Court Rebecca Saxe issued him a personal recognizance bail.
In this instance, a no-contact order was issued. In addition, the defendant was told to “stay out of trouble,” according to the court docket.
The alleged victim went out with pals on the evening of March 24 according to the arrest report that the Review-Journal was able to get. She met someone that evening on a “party bus,” according to the court filing, whose name she recognized as Aiden. She reportedly informed police that she and her pals had consumed alcohol from an unidentified bottle that he had allegedly provided for them, including shots.
As time went on, the alleged victim claimed her eyesight began to blur and she began to feel “dizzy and nauseous,” according to the police report. The next thing she recalls from that evening is leaving a house party in Henderson, Nevada, which is about 30 minutes outside of Las Vegas, and making her way to her car.
The girl reportedly informed authorities that she woke up in the middle of the night and found herself in a kitchen that belonged to the boy who brought the bottle of alcohol. She claimed to be missing her panties and pants and to be wearing a blanket around her waist. Around 3:40 a.m., she returned home.
