With profound sorrow, we learned of the passing of Chase Tripp, who served as Catawba’s Director of Sports Performance since July 2020,” the official Catawba College page verified the news of his sudden death. How Did Chase Tripp Die?
It has been reported that Chase was relatively youthful and physically healthy for his position at the university. The loss of him from this world has devastated his loved ones. His family or the administration has not disclosed the reason for Tripp’s death at Catawba College. Those closest to him and stuck by him in his darkest hour must suffer beyond words.

We want you to know that Chase Tripp was an invaluable part of the Catawba College faculty and a legendary athlete in his own right. His life’s work was dedicated to instilling in the minds of young athletes the importance of skill and form. He completed his education at East Coweta High School in 2009 and went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from UWG. Over the course of his tenure, he had collaborated with countless players, earning the utmost respect and affection from all of them. The family still did not make any public announcements regarding the burial. Those who knew and loved Chase Tripp will never forget him.
