Famous American rapper Kodak Black has dispelled rumors regarding his conversion to Islam.

The 27-year-old sparked speculations of converting to Islam after a photo of him squatting on what appeared to be a prayer mat went viral.

Reacting to the rumors on his social media page, Kodak Black clarified that he has not converted to Islam, explaining that he identifies as Jewish.

“No disrespect to the Muslim community, but I am a Hebrew Israelite,” he wrote.
