A couple from Andhra Pradesh have been arrested after a video of them embracing on a moving bicycle in Visakhapatnam went viral.
The video is believed to have been taken on the way to the Vizag steel mill. A 19-year-old woman has been seen hugging a 22-year-old man while sitting on the gas tank of a motorcycle.
Vizag, December 30: A young couple from Andhra Pradesh was arrested after what appeared to be a video of them embracing on a moving motorcycle went viral. The video, which is said to have been filmed on the streets of the steelworks in Visakhapatnam, shows a 19-year-old girl now identified as K Shailaja from Chodavaram sitting on the fuel tank of her bicycle and embracing 22 Year-old Ajay Kumar.
The couple were penalized for careless driving after an apparent public display of affection (PDA) became a safety hazard. It is said that this now widely circulated video was filmed by a person following a bicycle in a car.

She reportedly grabbed him by the neck and kissed him without even putting on his helmet as the couple weaved recklessly through traffic near the Rajouri Garden-Kirti Nagar intersection.
